Terms & Conditions for Party Bookings

At Little Kingdom, we will always endeavour to do our best to accommodate your party requirements; however, you are advised to place party bookings as early as possible to secure your chosen date, time and party options.

Little Kingdom cater for babies from 6 months old up to children of 6 years old. The age range noted against the themed parties is for guidance only.  It is the adult’s choice as to which theme they believe is suitable.

Little Kingdom operate within a 10mile radius of Newcastle upon Tyne City Centre.

The Cost of a Little Kingdom Party is £120 for up to 20 children, for any additional children the cost is £4.50 per child. Final numbers of children, their ages & names are required 2 weeks prior to the party.

A £25 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your party booking. The outstanding amount must be paid for, 2 weeks prior to the party. These amounts are non-refundable.

However, in the event of the party not going ahead, if you can inform Little Kingdom 24 hours before. We will work with you to find an available alternative date, if required.

If Little Kingdom need to cancel your party, Staff will endeavour to contact you in good time to ease the disruption and, of course, the party fee will be returned or another date booked in its place.

In the case of parties booked with two or less weeks prior - full payment will be required to confirm the booking.

Payment can be made by telephone/internet direct Bank Transfer, cash or via PayPal, payment details will be available when your booking is confirmed.

We try our very best to ensure that we use materials that won’t stain however we can’t promise that your child’s beautiful, white, linen trousers will survive a Little Kingdom party so old clothes only please! Children may be bare foot so don’t worry about old socks or shoes.

We advise that you wear old clothes too, we want you to have fun with your child so don’t want you to worry about getting splashed or glooped in the process! Also remember to inform your party guests of this too!!!

We will provide a bucket of warm soapy water and face cloths to get your little ones cleaned after the party but it’s also a good idea to bring spare clothes & a towel with you, baby wipes are great help too!

A Little Kingdom party is 1 hour long, in order to set up the party activities Little Kingdom needs access to the venue 45/60 minutes before the start time of the party and it takes approx the same amount of time to clear away after the party - we aim to do this whilst the children are having party tea.

All practical measures are taken to protect the health and safety of all guests. However as parents and carers you are fully responsible for the care and supervision of your child at all times during the party. Staff will be too busy making sure your child is having the best fun in the safest environment possible!

It is the responsibility of the parent/carer to ensure your child does not interact with any materials that may cause an allergic reaction to their child, please make the staff aware of any allergies at the beginning of the party so they can advise what materials not to use, this is a guidance only & is ultimately at the parent/carers discretion.

Whilst our Little Kingdom staff are trained to manage groups of young children it is the party host’s responsibility to ensure that a responsible adult is present at all times and that children’s behaviour is managed.

If the children’s behaviour prevents the Little Kingdom staff from delivering the party to our required standard our staff reserve the right to discontinue the party and the cost of your party will not be refunded.

Little Kingdom Parties take no responsibility for property owned by parents/carers while they attend the session.

Little Kingdom Parties does not provide food you will need to bring your own party tea, if required.

Little Kingdom have qualified, professional cake maker friends who would be delighted to cater for your party cake requirements – various options are available.

We also have a supplier of character balloons & number balloons, making your child’s party that little bit extra special!

If you require any additional extras to your party package please state this on your booking form. We require a deposit upon booking & the outstanding balance to be paid 2 weeks prior to the party.

Terms & Conditions for Classes

We ask for the following information upon booking: Name of child for our register on the day, your child’s age to enable us to make the session as age appropriate as possible, Parent/Carers name, contact number & email address so we are able to contact you for any updated information regarding the event.

If Little Kingdoms need to cancel the event, Staff will endeavour to contact you in good time to ease the disruption and, of course, the session fee will be returned or another date booked in its place. We do not offer refunds if you cannot make your session..
